1. Agreement
By booking a decor package with Exquisite Affairs Limited, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully before confirming your event.
2. Bookings
All bookings are subject to date availability. A deposit is required to secure your event date. Full payment terms will be provided in your booking confirmation.
3. Customisation
All packages can be customised with your preferred theme and colours. Custom requests may affect pricing and will be quoted separately.
4. Setup & Pack-down
Our team will deliver, style, and pack down all decor elements within the agreed timeframe. Access to the venue must be provided as arranged.
5. Liability
Exquisite Affairs Limited is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including venue restrictions or weather-related delays for outdoor setups.
