The Idea
La Aqua brings together three rooms in one address — a gold-lit indoor dining hall with a full draught bar, an open poolside deck ringed with private cabana rooms, and a kitchen running Punjabi, tandoor and multi-cuisine plates side by side.
Whether it's a Sunday family lunch, a draught beer evening at the bar, or a table pulled right up to the water, the space is designed to slow down an evening rather than rush it.
