Cancellations
- 30+ days before event: Full refund minus booking fee
- 14–29 days before event: 50% refund
- Less than 14 days: No refund (deposit forfeited)
Rescheduling
We are happy to reschedule your event subject to availability. One free reschedule is permitted with 14+ days notice.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the event date. Deposits secure your booking date and cover planning and material preparation.
